To deliver Blacktable products sold via e-commerce we operate with logistics partners.After the order confirmation you will receive a second email to inform you when the item will actually leave our warehouse. You can always check your order status using your tracking number.
You will receive a code to track the shipment directly on the website of the courier, usually DHL. If you have ordered a custom model, we will provide you with all the information via email.
You have 14 days to initiate a return and refund policy for the merchandise you purchased. Please consider the date and time of courier stamp as proof. When we receive your request, we need 14 days to check the returned item and make the refund.
For e-commerce items, you can fill in your request here. As a result, our courier will pick up the goods at the address you indicated. The refund depends on the condition of the returned product. If the product is intact and not scratched or dented, we retain 15% of the sale price, which will cover the costs of repacking and storage. If the product doesn't contain all the parts or is damaged, we retain the additional equivalent of the missing parts (in addition to the basic 15%).
