Shipping and Delivery


Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Should you not find your country of residence on the list at the bottom of the page, please follow the link indicated in the check-out page; we will seek if a custom forwarder is available for shipping to your country.

How long will it take you to ship my order and how quickly will it get to me?

As quick as we can. We typically need a little time to process your order. When you receive our confirmation of shipment, the name of the courier and the tracking information of your order will be included.

For standard models, depending on your country and the delivery options there, getting your package should take 1-6 business days.You'll be able to view the estimated delivery options and delivery date at checkout.

For custom orders, all shipping methods will be enlisted in the quotation, depending on the size and destination. We usually indicate a standard procedure, and a fast procedure. 

Who are the carriers?

For standard Blacktable models, we use DHL Express, UPS and FedEx, depending on your destination country. For custom models, we select the best forwarder depending on the destination country.

How much will shipping cost?

We do everything possible to facilitate the shipping cost; all Blacktable products are checked and shipped from our central warehouse in Switzerland; for this reason the shipping cost varies with the distance of the destination. The exact cost is calculated before checkout during the purchase process, or is indicated in the custom offer.


Can I track the status of my order?

The finished Blacktable products that are present in the e-commerce are equipped with a tracking code at the time of shipment. You will receive an email with the tracking code. Blacktable's custom products have a different shipping procedure: in some cases we can use standard carriers such as DHL, UPS or FedEx; in other cases it will be necessary to organize a dedicated shipment or in the form of groupage: our team will keep in touch and will provide all the necessary information about the date and time of arrival of the shipment at its destination.

What can I do if my products weren't delivered on time?

It may happen that the shipment is delayed, despite the notification from the shipper. Generally the carrier spontaneously indicates the reason for the delay and the new expected delivery date. However, you can contact us directly and we will check the new delivery date with the chosen carrier.

Delivery time

Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery deadline is deemed to have been met when theDelivery has left our factory (within the specified or agreed time limit). Thedelivery period can be reasonably extended if:

the failure to comply is due to force majeure, i.e. an unforeseeable event over which we have no influence and for which we are not responsible (e.g. official actions and orders, fire, floods, storms, explosions or other naturaldisasters, operational disruptions, labour conflicts, strikes, lockouts); this also applies if a case of force majeure occurs during an undue delay in delivery or if one of our suppliers is affected by a case of force majeure; the necessary approvals or documentation of third parties to be provided by the customer are not submitted in time; the necessary specifications are not made known by the customer in time. 

Multiple delivery

More deliveries can be made for the same item, to the extent that the customer can reasonably be expected to accept them, and without delays on the delivery time.

In the case of multiple deliveries, we reserve the right to invoice the product also by payment in installments.

Storage costs

If delivery is delayed on customer's request — or due to circumstances for which the customer is responsible — we are authorized to charge the customer the storage costs: 10% of the final selling price for each week of delay.

Both parties can prove that the storage costs are higher, lower or zero and therefore require the other party to compensate for them. The legal rights to withdraw from the contract and claim damages remain unaffected.

Force majeure and impossibility

If for reasons of force majeure, we are unable to perform the Delivery within an appropriate time, both parties have the right to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part.

The same applies to the subsequent inability to perform the contract for which we are not responsible. No damages can be claimed for such withdrawal. If one of the parties intends to withdraw from the contract due to force majeure and impossibility, the parties must be informed without delay. In the same way, we are released from the delivery obligation for the same reasons if we ourselves would not be able to receive the semi-finished products or accessories necessary to compose the product.
